Thank you for visiting our website, and welcome to Xiaoliuqiu! Before making your reservations with us, please carefully read the following rules and policies.

1.OUTLINE offersroom-only, as well as OUTLINE package options, please contact us for more information.

2.Smoking, alcohol/drinking, drugs, and gambling activities are strictly prohibited inside the rooms (these regulations are strictly enforced by the police).

3. Please refrain from making changes to the number of guests without informing us ahead of time, otherwise there is a good chance we will not be able to accommodatethe extra guests due to the high occupancy rates at OUTLINE.。

4. Our normal check-in time is 15:00; check-out time will be 11:00. We reserve the right to charge NTD250 for every half-hour late on departure.

5. As Xiaoliuqiu is isolated from the Taiwan mainland, all basic consumer goods and supplies are transported here by boat. Please inform us of your needs in advance, or at the time of booking, so that we can make the appropriate arrangements and calculate the required costs.

6. Please note that we currently do not accept credit cards; payments must be made in cash or through bank/ATM transfer in advance.

7. We love pets just as much as you do, but in consideration of other guests, pets will not be allowed at OUTLINE (with the exception of guide dogs)

8. Please make the deposit payment within 3 days of booking via bank/ATM transfer, otherwise the room will not be reserved. For confirmation purposes, please contact us after payment of the deposit and provide the last 5 digits of the transaction account as well as the deposit amount transferred.

9. We reserve the right to assign room types. If you have specific needs or preferences, please inform us in advance or at the time of booking, as we will not be able to make last minute changes.

10.Breakfast is included per person per night, for all room-only bookings.

11. Accommodation is free for children under 3 years of age; if you need a bath basin (limited quantity) please let us know at the time of booking. We will not responsible for other associated incidental expenses.

1. First complete the accommodations reservation process (including deposit remittance followed by contacting us for confirmation), then we will forward your information to the ferry company.

2. Pick up your ferry tickets at Taifu Ferry - Donggang Line ticketing window on the day of your planned arrival.

3. Inform the ticket agent that you are an OUTLINE (輪廓莊園) guest, and provide your name and number of guests to pick the ferry tickets.

4. If you encounter any problems during this process, please contact us right away.

5. Upon arrival, exit the ferry terminal and approach the 0917-959660 on your left to pick up thescooter. Please inform that you are an OUTLINE (輪廓莊園) guest, and register your name and ID with them. Once complete, you can follow the map directions to reach OUTLINE.

Please refer to the following deposit refund policy for any cancellations or reschedules:

Up to 15 days before arrival – 100% refund. (a processing fee of NTD 200 will be charged.)
14 days before arrival – 20% of total room deposit will be charged.
10 to 13 days before arrival – 30% of total room deposit will be charged.
7 to 9 days before arrival – 50% of total room deposit will be charged.
4 to 6 days before arrival – 60% of total room deposit will be charged.
2 to 3 days before arrival – 70% of total room deposit will be charged.
1 day before arrival – 80% of total room deposit will be charged.
No show – all deposits will be forfeited.

Force Majeure – If the trip has been affected due to typhoon, earthquake or other major natural disasters (as determined by the Pingtung County Government announcement), the guest can choose to reschedule their stay free of charge (one-time reschedule within a three-month period following your original check-in date) or request a full refund of the deposits paid.

*Children under 3 years of age should purchase round trip ferry tickets with insurance at the ferry ticketing counter (NTD 60 / child); children under 3 years of age are not required to pay for our packaged services.
